Meet Dr. Spiros Karas, DMD
For over 30 years, Dr. Spiros Karas has cared for New Jersey families - placing implants, restoring smiles, and treating multiple generations from the same household. He earned his DMD from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) and his undergraduate degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Dr. Karas is a member of the American Dental Association, the New Jersey Dental Association, and the Monmouth County Dental Association. He practices at Classic Dental Arts in Manalapan Township, where the same doctor sees you at every visit - not a rotating roster of associates.
Every implant case is followed personally by Dr. Karas, from your first consultation, through treatment, to your annual check-ins. We are here for the long haul, not just the procedure.

cases range from $19,950 to $29,950 per arch. Full-mouth restoration runs $59,900. Dr. Karas confirms
your specific cost in writing during the consultation before any work begins. No surprise bills.
Am I a candidate if I have been missing teeth for years?
In most cases, yes. Even patients who have been missing teeth for 5 to 10 years are typically still
candidates, though some cases require a bone graft as a preparation step. The only way to know for sure
is the 3D CBCT scan. Dr. Karas will read your scan with you in real time during your consultation and give
you a direct answer.
Will my insurance cover any of the cost?
Most PPO plans contribute partial coverage toward implant treatment. We accept MetLife, Blue Cross Blue
Shield, Cigna, Delta Dental, and Aetna on an out-of-network basis. We verify your specific benefits before
your consultation and walk you through what your plan covers.
Can I really get implants in one day?
For qualifying full-arch (All-on-4 or All-on-X) cases, yes - temporary teeth are placed the same day as
implant surgery. The permanent prosthetic is fitted after the implants have integrated, typically 3 to 6
months later. Single tooth implants follow a longer timeline. Dr. Karas will tell you what your specific
timeline looks like during the consultation.
What if I am scared of the procedure?
Most of our implant patients tell us afterward that the procedure was significantly less involved than they
expected. We use local anesthesia and modern techniques that minimize discomfort. Dr. Karas walks you
through every step before, during, and after.
How long do implants last?
Modern dental implants are designed to be a permanent tooth replacement. With proper care, they can last
decades. Dr. Karas personally follows every implant case from placement through your annual check-ins to
make sure your investment holds up over time.

You meet Dr. Karas personally - not a treatment coordinator. He performs a 3D CBCT scan, reviews your
case with you in real time, walks you through what is possible, gives you a printed treatment plan you take
home, and outlines your payment options. The visit takes about 30 minutes. There is no pressure to
